Centuri Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• $10 shipping fee applies to all orders under $100 in the U.S
• $15 shipping fee applies to all orders under $100 in Canada
• Orders subtotal of $100 or more (before taxes, shipping and after coupon codes are applied) get free shipping within the U.S and Canada only.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

While we want everyone to experience Centuri, we only ship within the U.S and Canada at the moment.

Delays & Exceptions

Please note that unexpected carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday demand may affect delivery times. Centuri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been confirmed as delivered.
