What sizes do you offer?
Centuri pieces are available in sizes XS–2XL. Our garments are designed with a deliberate oversized fit. Please refer to the size chart on each product page to select your preferred look.
Are your products unisex or gender-specific?
Yes. All Centuri pieces are designed as unisex and made to fit seamlessly across genders.
How do I care for my clothes to make them last longer?
To preserve quality and structure, we recommend washing cold (inside out), using mild detergent, and tumble drying low or air drying. Avoid ironing directly over embroidery or specialty finishes.
Do your products run true to size?
Yes. Our pieces run true to size within their intended oversized silhouette. If you prefer a more standard fit, we recommend sizing down.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
While we want everyone to experience Centuri, we only ship within the U.S and Canada at the moment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability. Kindly read our full shipping policy for more.
How much does shipping cost?
$10 shipping fee which applies in the U.S. and $15 shipping fee for Canada applies to all orders under $100.
Orders subtotal of $100 or more (before taxes, shipping and after coupon codes are applied) get free shipping within the U.S and Canada. Kindly read our full shipping policy for more.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes. Exchanges are available for size adjustments, subject to inventory availability.
