Centuri Return Policy

At Centuri, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that every situation is unique, which is why we approach returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please review the guidelines below to understand how we handle requests:

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not be eligible for return.
  • Products marked as final sale, discounted products, or custom pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Each request will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility and the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a replacement item, store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that a payment refund may take up to 3-7 business days depending on the financial institution.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, item damaged upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Centuri is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.
  • To submit a return request, please email our team at centuriapparel@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos. Please include “Return Request – [Order Number]” in your subject line so our team can prioritize your request.
